Guangzhou Project: Client Inspection of Hollow Wall Panel Production Line

This project is located at the client’s factory in Guangzhou, China, where the client plans to manufacture square-hole hollow concrete wall panels. After extensive evaluation of various suppliers, the client ultimately chose to purchase our M05 wall panel production line.

The panels are made from a mix of Portland cement, glass fibre, fly ash, lightweight aggregates, building gypsum, and water. The finished product features excellent flatness, high structural strength, and outstanding physical properties such as water resistance, fire resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and impact resistance.

1. Product Specifications

This production line is designed for manufacturing cement hollow wall panels.
Standard panel dimensions: 3000 mm × 600 mm × 100 mm (or 200 mm) – customisable as required.

2. Production Capacity

Theoretical annual output is approximately 500,000 square metres.

3. Labour Productivity

• Number of workers per shift: 10–14

• Working hours: 10 hours per shift, 2 shifts per day

• Production cycle: 2 complete moulding cycles per day

Note: This production efficiency is based on the setting time of ordinary 42.5-grade Portland cement. Under suitable curing conditions (curing chamber temperature between 40–80°C), the initial setting time is around 3 hours, the final setting time is 5–7 hours, and each complete production cycle takes approximately 8–10 hours.

4. Land Area Requirement

The entire production setup, including the workshop and storage yard, requires approximately 15 mu of land (about 10,000 m²).

The moulds used in this line feature high forming precision, enabling the simultaneous production of 12 panels per cycle (customisable). The vertical battery moulds are equipped with a hydraulic opening and closing system, a mechanical travelling mechanism, and an independent hydraulic power unit, allowing for remote-controlled operation.
