The fully precast boundary wall system comprises five primary components: precast foundations, posts, wall panels, copings, and pier caps. Its modular design facilitates rapid on-site installation.

Rapid Installation & Swift Construction
All components are factory-cast and rapidly assembled on-site. Compared to traditional in-situ methods, this significantly shortens project timelines and enhances labour productivity.
Durability & Low Maintenance
The precast boundary wall offers high strength and durability, resisting damage during use while requiring minimal maintenance.
Superior Quality & Architectural Aesthetics
Prefabricated wall panels prevent common issues such as cracking and provide a clean, uniform, and visually appealing finish.
Sustainable & Environmentally Conscious
The modular design minimises on-site waste, while the dry installation process reduces water consumption and lowers the overall carbon footprint.

Optimised Vertical Battery Mould Process
Our Vertical Battery Mould technology facilitates high-throughput production while ensuring exceptional dimensional consistency and panel quality.
Robust & Precision-Engineered Design
Built with a heavy-duty rigid frame, precision-machined components, and stress-relieved steel, our moulds ensure long-term stability and minimal deflection under load.
Bespoke Surface Finishes

Utilizing advanced formliner technology, we provide a wide array of surface textures and patterns, meeting diverse architectural and aesthetic requirements.
Fair-Faced Concrete Quality
Specialised sealing and compaction techniques ensure smooth, flawless surfaces, achieving fair-faced concrete standards without additional finishing.

Preparation
Thoroughly clean the casting surfaces and apply an even coat of mould oil.
Mould Assembly
Ensure the mould is securely assembled to achieve a proper seal.
Concrete Placement
Cast the concrete and employ vibration-compaction to eliminate air pockets, ensuring a high-density, fair-faced finish.
Curing
Allow the concrete to fully cure, ensuring sufficient strength development.
Demoulding
Open the mould and carefully remove the finished concrete panel.
