MERKON Visits Mana Precast: PPVC Mould Systems & Carousel Production Line Discussion

It was a pleasure to welcome MERKON Industrial Systems Engineer and International Business Development Manager Safa Mumcu to the Mana Precast facility for a technical exchange focused on PPVC mould systems, carousel production line technology, and industrialized precast construction solutions.

The visit began with an introduction to Mana Precast's latest developments in PPVC mould systems and our advanced carousel production line (circular precast manufacturing system), designed specifically for high-efficiency industrialized construction.

Mana 3D Mould System – Engineering Advantages

During the visit, MERKON was also introduced to Mana Precast's proprietary 3D mould system, engineered for high performance, precision, and industrial-scale production reliability.

Key technical features include:

• Fully hydraulic opening system for side gates

• Retractable central core for efficient demoulding

• Collapsible corner system for safe and damage-free stripping

• No through-ties design (eliminates tie holes in finished concrete)

• External mechanical/hydraulic locking system with minimal manual operation

• High rigidity structural design to resist concrete pressure and vibration

• Fully sealed mould structure to prevent slurry leakage

• Compliance with strict industrial dimensional tolerance standards
