Mana has recently completed the commissioning of a customised ring track gypsum wall panel production line for a client in Shandong. The line has now entered the delivery phase, marking another practical step forward in Mana’s development of intelligent prefabricated component production.

Product Features

The gypsum wall panels are produced with building gypsum made from industrial by-product gypsum as the main raw material. Reinforced with glass fibre and/or synthetic fibre, and modified with suitable additives, the slurry is mixed with water, mechanically formed, dried, and cured into lightweight hollow partition panels.

These panels feature:
