Hydraulic Adjustable Wall Panel Moulds Exported to Indonesia

Recently, our independently developed hydraulic adjustable wall panel mould system, together with matching column moulds, coping moulds, and column cap moulds, successfully completed the final inspection and was shipped to our customer in Indonesia. The equipment will soon be installed and commissioned at the project site for production.

The supplied mould system offers the following key features:

• Hydraulic opening, closing, and locking structure for convenient and safe operation

• Adjustable dimensions, suitable for producing wall panels and columns of different specifications

During the manufacturing process, our company strictly follows standardized quality management procedures and conducts focused inspections of critical components. Before shipment, all moulds underwent the following steps:

• structural strength inspection

• hydraulic system testing and commissioning

• re-measurement of key dimensions

• anti-corrosion treatment and reinforced packaging

These measures ensure that the mould system can be quickly installed, commissioned, and put into production after arriving at the customer's site.
