Mana has successfully delivered its self-developed precast concrete mould system to Jizan, Saudi Arabia.

This customised production line was designed based on the local site conditions, environmental factors, and labour costs. It features 80 casting moulds and a multi-layer tunnel kiln system, ensuring stable output and future expansion capabilities to meet various precast component demands.

The line is suitable for producing:

Smart and Efficient Production Process

The production line operates as an automated loop system. Mould pallets move through different workstations via a guided track with drive wheels and positioning sensors.

Key equipment includes:

• Pallet stacker & transfer unit

• Destacker

• Shuttle cart

• Concrete spreader

• Vibration compactor

• Tilting demoulding machine

Curing is completed in a ground-level tunnel kiln with a stepping system, enabling efficient and consistent curing conditions.
