Welcome to Mana Precast
The hollow design of box girder structures helps reduce overall weight, lower construction costs, and further optimise the functionality of the bridge.
We are a professional manufacturer of precast component formwork, dedicated to providing high-quality and efficient solutions for the construction industry. With advanced production equipment and an experienced technical team, we can customise precast component formwork to meet various specifications according to your needs.
After years of practice, our highway box girder formwork has undergone continuous improvement and innovation. It meets high standards and strict quality requirements and has received widespread acclaim in numerous collaborative projects.

Large outer mould design: To meet transportation and demoulding requirements, the formwork is designed to minimise splices, making construction more convenient and efficient. This design reduces the connecting workload between side moulds and shortens the time required for the erection and stripping of the formwork.
Integral structure: The formwork and truss feature an integral structure, reducing the labour intensity for workers.
Convenient adjustment: The columns of the outer formwork are fitted with adjustable footings, making the erection and stripping of the moulds easier. The verticality and height of the formwork can be adjusted quickly and accurately.
High-precision joints: The two ends of the side moulds are milled to ensure that the joints of the formwork are less than 1mm. Combined with dovetail rubber strips and sponge rubber strips for sealing, this prevents slurry leakage and misalignment, thereby enhancing the appearance quality of the girder.
High-strength material: High-quality steel is selected and strengthened through a heat treatment process, providing advantages such as high strength, wear resistance, and long service life.
The automated box girder system has been automated, employing intelligent equipment for rebar tying, prestressing, grouting, and curing. This system has substantially improved the safety, quality, and productivity of the precast plant.
Each process follows an intelligent, assembly line operation model, realising a full prefabrication cycle of ‘reinforcement binding → concrete pouring → steam curing → prestressing → beam transfer → grouting’. The production cycle of girders is reduced from the traditional 12 days to 4 days.
For sites with limited space, short construction periods, heavy tasks, and complex environments, especially for producing over 2,000 large-volume standard girders, the automated box girder system offers significant advantages.
