Welcome to Mana Precast
The structural dimensions of T-beams can be easily standardised and serialised, which facilitates industrialised manufacturing. This enables large-scale prefabrication and the use of cranes or bridge girder erection machines for installation. Adopting prefabricated construction methods saves formwork and scaffolding materials, reduces labour intensity, shortens construction periods, and significantly accelerates bridge construction.

The side formwork of T-beams uses sectional processing based on a steel frame structure formed into an integrated truss. The sectional length is determined by the beam's design, typically corresponding to the distance between diaphragms (3–6m).
The casting bed is constructed with an expanded foundation reinforced at the ends with additional rebar. A steel plate with a thickness of at least 6mm is used as the base formwork on the bed's surface. At the beam's lifting points, a 50cm-long removable base formwork section is installed to facilitate beam lifting and detachment from the casting bed.
High Strength and Stability
Ensures the durability and reliability of the formwork during casting and curing processes.
Precision Control
Guarantees accurate alignment and dimensional consistency for the T-beam's shape and specifications.
Efficient Vibration System
Enhances concrete compaction and reduces defects for high-quality beam production.
