The standard segment production process includes:
Mould cleaning → Mould assembly → Release agent application → Reinforcement cage placement → Installation of embedded parts → Mould closing → Concrete pouring → Surface finishing → Film covering → Steam curing → Demoulding
Clean the mould thoroughly before use, especially corners and grooves
Apply release agent evenly to avoid surface defects
Tighten bolts in the specified sequence to ensure structural stability and dimensional accuracy
