On-Time Shipment: High-Quality Concrete Moulds for Overseas Project

Founded in 1993, MANA has been specializing in the research, design, and manufacturing of precast concrete moulds for over 20 years. This shipment mainly includes precast boundary wall moulds for our client in the Philippines and precast bridge formwork for our client in Thailand.

Shipment Details

The shipment includes:

• 8 wall panel moulds

• 1 coping mould (for wall top)

• 1 column mould

• 4 column cap moulds (for column tops)

• 2 column fixing brackets

• 12 column base moulds

All moulds are built with high-rigidity design, ensuring durability and long service life. Silicone sealing strips are installed at every joint to effectively prevent slurry leakage. Optional liners can also be added according to customer requirements to produce wall panels with various decorative patterns.

MANA’s precast bridge formworks are all designed with 3D modeling technology to simulate the mould assembly, working conditions, and demoulding process during the design stage. We take into account the layout of construction sites and related equipment to optimize the configuration of mould types and quantities — ensuring construction quality while minimizing project investment.
