Verdasca Group Visits Our PPVC Mould Production Facility

We were honored to welcome clients from the renowned Portuguese construction company, Verdasca Group, for an on-site inspection of our PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) moulds. PPVC is an innovative construction method in which building modules are precast in a factory and then transported to the construction site for rapid assembly. This approach significantly reduces construction time and improves quality control.

During the visit, the clients gained a detailed understanding of our mould design, hydraulic operation system, and adjustable features. Our technical team demonstrated the production process of precast building modules and explained how we ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality during manufacturing. The adjustable moulds can produce modules of different sizes and are equipped with heating systems to accelerate concrete curing, greatly enhancing construction efficiency.

The visit provided the clients with a comprehensive insight into our technical capabilities and product quality, and strengthened their confidence in future collaboration.
