Turkish Precast Pioneer ÖNCÜ PREFABRİK Visits Mana Precast for Technical Exchange

Recently, we were privileged to host a delegation of experts from ÖNCÜ PREFABRİK, a prominent leader in the Turkish prefabricated construction industry. The visiting guests included General Manager Mr. Murat DOĞRUOĞLU and Industrial Engineer Mr. Mustafa BÜYÜKKEKLİK.

As a well-known enterprise in Turkey’s precast sector, ÖNCÜ PREFABRİK is renowned for its superior engineering capabilities and innovative production philosophies. This meeting, spanning thousands of kilometres, marks the beginning of a deep strategic collaboration in the field of industrialised construction technology.

During the intensive one-day visit, the delegation focused on our core products and turnkey solutions:

• PPVC (Precast Prefinished Volumetric Construction) Moulds: Both parties engaged in in-depth technical discussions regarding precision control, structural integrity, and the rapid turnover efficiency required for modular housing.

• Battery Mould Systems: The guests expressed a strong interest in our vertical battery mould equipment for the production of hollow-core concrete wall panels. Recognising that hollow-core panels are currently an untapped market in Turkey, the clients identified massive potential for this technology in reducing building weight and enhancing thermal performance.

During the technical seminar, the Mana engineering team provided a detailed demonstration of our automated operational workflows and custom-engineered solutions for complex site conditions. Mr. Murat DOĞRUOĞLU spoke highly of our technical depth, while Mr. Mustafa BÜYÜKKEKLİK, from an industrial engineering perspective, praised the efficiency and layout optimisation of our production lines.

The two teams compared the standards and commonalities of precast construction in China and Turkey, reaching a solid consensus on how advanced moulding technology can significantly reduce labour costs and shorten construction cycles.

This field visit has not only strengthened mutual trust but also laid a firm foundation for future project implementation.
